In the classroom
ECP’s food waste education has been viewed by thousands of students in classrooms across 35 countries!
We Are Teachers awarded ECP’s “Rethinking Food Waste” as a Teacher Pick for 2025. For this award, science teacher Christine Arsenis used ECP’s video and lesson plan with her middle-grade environmental club and gave her feedback.
“My students working together to bounce ideas off each other, not only from the video but also their own personal experiences, was fantastic. It made the video content seem more realistic and applicable to daily life.”
