ATLANTA, May 2, 2022 - The Educated Choices Program (ECP) has been recognized for excellence by Charity Navigator and Candid.
Charity Navigator rated ECP with a perfect score, 100 points out of 100 possible points, for its demonstrated ability to efficiently steward donations and for its accountability and transparency. Charity Navigator is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2001 that has empowered millions of donors by providing them with free access to data, tools, and resources to guide philanthropic decision-making.
Candid, a new organization created from the joining of well-established and recognized companies Guidestar and Foundation Center, awarded ECP with its highest distinction, the Platinum Seal of Transparency. According to Candid, only 3% of nonprofits hold seals and of those only 15% achieve the platinum ranking. This recognition highlights ECP’s commitment to transparency and accountability to its donors and the public.
